Kim Lachance Shandrow, a senior writer at Entrepreneur.com, recently published a great infographic from the folks over at Best STL on what makes a ‘Well Trained IT Team’.

In case you don’t know, the IT team is the backbone of any organization and arguably the most important department overall.  Yeah, I said it.

I mean, sure – Sales, Finance, Operations, blah, blah, blah…they’re all important. But a lot of IT professionals are some of the most over worked, under paid and underappreciated players on the team.

Make sure your IT staff has the right resources, tools and skills needed to keep everything running smoothly.
