New data center locations provide channel partners with market access, meets customer demand, and strengthens value proposition
Atlanta, GA. – Lume, a global provider of cloud and data center services, announced today the expansion of their data center footprint. The company announced the addition of three new Cloud Locations located in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Atlanta.
The announcement of these locations add to an already impressive list of the company’s global data center footprint. Lume currently operates data centers in Atlanta, Salt Lake City, Northern Virginia and two locations in the UK. This expansion creates the second location for Lume in the Atlanta area.
The LA, CHI, and ATL2 facilities provide colocation and cloud solutions. Each Cloud Location includes the highest level of connectivity options including direct connections to a variety of network providers, public clouds, CDNs, and access to other key geographic markets.
The expansion strengthens Lume’s network, decreases latency of services for regional clients, and provides geographically diverse locations for production and disaster recovery environments.
“These new Cloud Locations address our growing customer base and help our channel partners meet the market demand in these areas” said Kyle Verzello, CEO of Lume. “When designing and deploying cloud solutions, location matters, the network matters – that’s what is at the center of our Cloud Anywhere™ concept. This expansion not only makes it easier for our channel partners to sell by giving them access to key geographic markets, it also greatly benefits the end users by providing them solutions with lower latency, better performance, and a local partner in the area that they can rely on” added Verzello.
The LA, CHI, and ATL2 locations are the first of several new data centers Lume will add in 2016.
