Some people are hesitant to change. Im not sure why, really. Change is a natural part of life. It’s exciting. It shows progression, improvement and maturation.

So, with that in mind, we are excited to announce a few changes of our own that we’ll be rolling out over the next few months. Don’t worry – these aren’t like “Coke in the 80’s” changes. These are all geared at delivering new services and an even better customer experience.

What kind of changes you ask? Well, for starters…

We got a new haircut. Yep, that’s right. Lume has a new look and feel. This is perhaps the least exciting of all the changes but let’s be honest – it’s probably the first thing you noticed so I figured we just get it out of the way.

We’re getting some new teammates. Similar to the NFL draft and free agency, Lume is already preparing for the playoffs this year. Huh? Okay, so that metaphor wasn’t very good but the point is, we’re growing. And that means we’ll be adding some new names and faces to our roster in order to keep giving you the same high-touch, awesome customer service that you deserve.

We’ve stocked the shelves with new widgets. This is where the real fun starts. We have added some new services to better help you with your cloud solution needs. For example, our new custom cloud integration and management solutions as well as some new professional data center services. But that’s not all, we’ve got more coming too. Over the next few months you’ll see a few more goodies from your wish list added to our shelves.

Oh yeah, and we moved too. Well, sort of. Actually, we’re just using a different domain. It’s short and sweet. Plus, let’s be honest, our last domain had five syllables and was a bit of a mouthful. It was so long you could hardly fit it into a single tweet.

So what does all this mean for you?

You’re getting a better Lume. We’re adding new services and other resources that are focused solely on you – the customer. It’s an exciting time here and we have more good stuff coming in 2014. We’ll keep you posted with all the additional product announcements, but in the meantime, if you have any questions, just drop us a line.
